WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER?

Typically preorders will ship 6-8 weeks after the order is placed. If you choose expedited shipping, the item will ship via the selected shipping method once it arrives at the warehouse. The expected turn around time for preorders are noted on the product description page and is subject to change. We will contact you of any potential delays or date changes.

DOES MICHELLE SMITH CHARGE SALES TAX?

We currently only charge sales tax for items being delivered in the state of New York.

Once your order is submitted, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any cancellation. Please reach out to concierge@michellesmith.nyc with your order number immediately and we will try our best to honor the cancellation if possible.
